Two Classification of Hardened Reducer
1.QY-type hardened surface reducer
QY-type hardened reducer in the QJ series of cranes in the hardened gear reducer on the basis of research and development. QY series reducer including QYS type (three fulcrum) and QYD (base type) two series of cranes with hardened surface reducer. It has three, four and three four combined with three. QY-type reducer adopts steel plate welding, the box is annealed and stress-relieved. The gears are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel. The tooth surface is carburized and quenched, and the grinding quality is stable.
2.QJY-type hardened reducer
QJY-type hardened reducer is developed by the factory according to the domestic and foreign market requirements of the hardened surface (carburizing, quenching tooth surface) crane reducer, including the three basic types of 12, are: QJY2, QJYD2, QJYA2, QJY3 , QJYD3, QJYA3, QJY23, QJYD23, QJYA23, QJY34, QJYD34, QJYA34. QJY series reducer is suitable for all kinds of operating mechanism of cranes.
